Early on in my searches. I contacted Toronto Auto Group. They did get back to me quickly. Do to transportation issues and distance involved I did not continue my inquiry with this vehicle but I was quite satisfied with the dealership.

Very friendly service. Even though I was considering purchasing an ‘as is’ vehicle they allowed me to get a full inspection at a near by automotive repair shop. A few weeks earlier another new car dealership in the GTA said I could only inspect the vehicle in their parking lot.

After speaking with them over the phone and confirming that I intended to purchase the vehicle, we scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I drove approximately 150 km to attend the appointment and arrived on time, only to discover that the vehicle had already been sold earlier that morning. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of concern or consideration shown when I raised the issue.

Victor hit another car when pulling the vehicle out of the showroom, proceeded to tell me this is a normal maneuver in France, “push the vehicle forward when parking is tight”. Was told the car was near mint and immaculate condition, there was a dent on every single body panel INCLUDING the one he made when he hit the other vehicle, I tried to negotiate because I felt the price did not reflect the vehicles condition. Victor proceeded to respond with aggression and ignorance, criticizing me for “wanting brand new car quality when the car is used and 10 years old” despite being told the car was in “near mint, immaculate condition”. He then proceeded to tell me he should be paid triple commission because I had brought 3 friends with me. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend.

From start to finish this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ahmad at Zaki Auto Ent. was very professional, accommodating and went above and beyond regarding the certification process and payment options. The vehicle we purchased was an extremely good deal based on the year, condition and low KMs it has. I would highly reccommend checking out Zaki Auto Enterprises when shopping for your next vehicle
