Poor communication between Finance and Salesperson. I called to get pre approved, got told i was approved and had 2 options to choose from, made a deal with salesperson and floor manager, but got a different percentage rate when sitting down with finance. If finance say that you get approved, i think it would be smart to share that information with the salesperson who is dealing with the customer.
