Excellent dealership with great customer service. Had a few issues that was quickly rectified. Sales person Jack was very transparent and worked throughout the week to secure the truck. As an out of town buyer it was easier than buying in person. There was no pressure and the process was excellent. I would buy another vehicle from them again.

Drove all the way out there from the valley only to find out that the vehicle was sold. Sales person we talked to was very unprofessional in communication and not responding back to us. Very bad experience overall!

Volvo had several scratches on the hood. Won't drop the price do to scratches. There add didn't show the scratches. Offer $8,000 less on trade than the other dealer.

I never made it to the dealership. I made an appointment to test drive the car and got a call from the salesman when I was almost there that the car had been loaned out to another customer. Then I asked a question online and I never got a response. I did get an email from the manager and have made him aware.

Overall very good, pleasant, informative but not pushy.
