Excellent dealership with great customer service. Had a few issues that was quickly rectified. Sales person Jack was very transparent and worked throughout the week to secure the truck. As an out of town buyer it was easier than buying in person. There was no pressure and the process was excellent. I would buy another vehicle from them again.

Very unpleasant, making me upset. I was told, rudely, that I'm not the "right person" for this car. Maybe the Management should check and verify some of the floor-workers communication with potential paying customers. I will never do business with this Dealership. I tried. The first salesperson wasn’t doing very well. The second who “ took over the file” did much better. However couldn’t come to terms on how I wanted to finance it given how poor the trade in was. No worries though.

Overall very good, pleasant, informative but not pushy.

We were unable to proceed due to the dealership being situated on the Island. I would have had to take an unpaid day off work and pay for the ferry (approximately $200) with no way of knowing if acceptable terms could be reached. The dealer suggested that I come in the morning and that I could potentially purchase the vehicle the same day. I felt this would put too much pressure on me to possibly accept whatever deal was offered, just so I could leave with the vehicle. It’s unfortunate that it worked out this way; I still want the vehicle but can’t justify being rushed into something that may not be in my best interests.
