Toyota dealerships near me (Toronto, ON, CA)

Went there to test drive and purchase a used Highlander xse. Test drove the vehicle, drove really well but the car was absolute filthy. When I went inside to talk numbers with the gentleman he informed me the car was sold…. Total waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership

Our Salesman Nitin was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. Guided us through the process quickly and communication was outstanding. Solomon in the Financial Department went above and beyond to get us approved at a great rate. Can’t thank him enough and would recommend both of these gentleman to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Too much time to negotiate with the price, then finally they give me only small discount that not worthed to wait for very long period, first time to buy on this dealership, and far from me , not recommended to buy a car.

In short, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. This dealership is a rip off and waste other people’s time. Not sure how they survive by doing this to the customers. Over the phone dealership confirmed the vehicle is available and appointment confirmed on the same day in next 3 hours or so. Drove to the dealership which is 2 hours drive and found that the vehicle is not available. A customer has to place an order which May take 2-3 months. MSRP price on the paper shows $5000 more because the dealership don’t want to pass on the $5000 rebate to the consumer from manufacturer. The manager is so egoistic that he doesn’t want to apologise and not want to take the ownership of the mistake. Stay away from this dealership.
