Very disappointing experience with London Toyota. I contacted the dealership on the first day to ask about pricing and availability for a vehicle. I did not receive any meaningful response regarding the price. The next day, I was told the vehicle had already been sold. This shows a clear lack of communication and follow-up. If a customer reaches out in good faith, the least a dealership should do is respond promptly and professionally—especially when inventory is limited and decisions are time-sensitive. This kind of service wastes customers’ time and leaves a very poor impression. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this dealership.
