Ghosted by the salesman, Brayden. Customer Service manager emailed me to follow up (generic email), I called to follow up with the fact that I was ghosted by a sales agent, she profusely apologize and it has not followed up and it’s been another week. I did get another follow up generic email from her, unrelated to the complaint I made . 10/10 would not recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota.

It seems that the vehicle they advertised was not available which is fine however it is still On their website stating “available now”even after a week or so. Appears to be just bait to contact them. Won’t deal with them moving forward
