Overall very good, pleasant, informative but not pushy.

I tried. The first salesperson wasn’t doing very well. The second who “ took over the file” did much better. However couldn’t come to terms on how I wanted to finance it given how poor the trade in was. No worries though.

Very unpleasant, making me upset. I was told, rudely, that I'm not the "right person" for this car. Maybe the Management should check and verify some of the floor-workers communication with potential paying customers. I will never do business with this Dealership.
