Cynthia Pineda and Genc Haziri were both outstanding in helping me get the Tundra I wanted and the price I needed. Smooth and no pressure in the entire dealing process. Highly recommend these people.

Staff were great! Unfortunately, the dealership has continued to advertise a car on Car Gurus, that was already sold on June 3 (possibly earlier), the day I drove 140km with an appointment to see it. Interestingly, 2 days later it is still listed on CarGurus as available. Needless to say, I question the ethics of this dealership, as I have seen other ads where dealerships posts “deal pending’ In the top corner of their ad. Even with bringing this to the dealership’s attention, no change was made to their ad. Hence my rating and opinion, and bad taste in my mouth. Again, the staff were wonderful!

Raj was great. The vehicle just didn't fit our family needs

I discovered a crack in the overhead panoramic roof. This defect costs approx $8000 00 to repair. The dealer suggests that I pay for this repair and will not adjust the original asking price

Sales and finance people were very helpful and friendly. Ben and Sabrina were a pleasure to deal with. Seeing our car in the showroom with a cover and a big white bow on it was a pleasant surprise!
