I came to test drive the rav4. Great vehicle! Was going to buy it, except my salesman told me someone had just put a deposit on it while I was out on the test drive. I dont know what the protocol is for that, but it left very a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

Although we decided to keep our existing vehicle the sales person we dealt with online via email at the dealership was helpful and responsive, providing a detailed quote which included a fair price for our trade-in based on pictures and other information provided.
