misleading pricing on displayed amount failure to include the preparation fees just to make this offering more attractive to the customer shopping for this type of vehicle. in other words "beating out the competition" by having a lower display price

I was interested in seeing a 2020 Kona electric, but a little concerned that it was a bit older than I had hoped. The dealer told me that in fact the car battery had been changed in 2023 and only had 11,000 km on it. When I asked why, he said that it was a factory recall. On this information, I went to see the vehicle and when I arrived, the dealer said that he had made a mistake and it was only the 12 volt battery that had been replaced, not the car battery. I find it hard to believe that the misinformation was unintentional. If it was, the dealer knew very little about electric cars! I did not enjoy my interaction at this dealership and did not buy the car.

Excellent dealership with great customer service. Had a few issues that was quickly rectified. Sales person Jack was very transparent and worked throughout the week to secure the truck. As an out of town buyer it was easier than buying in person. There was no pressure and the process was excellent. I would buy another vehicle from them again.
