The dealer responded quickly and the condition of the car is as good as the picture and the description. Overall price is fair. I hired a certified mechanic to do the Pre purchase inspection and it was very good and clean. So far so good

They were nice to me

Havent been able to make it there to see the car but i get a call or tex everyday.

We arranged an appointment and showed up on time. When we walked in the front door, no one greeted us; could not determine who was a worker and who was a customer. They were all intently watching their phones and not the people who mattered at the time - my wife and me, their customers! The person we were meeting was 15 minutes late arriving. Finally a female employee got a sales person?? to talk to us. The car we were wanting to look at needed a jumpstart due to a dead battery; not a good start - pun intended! And the vehicle had scratches and dents and back-up camera not working. Then we are told that the advertised price of the car is the price to finance it at 8% for 6 years. We do not finance. That used to be an advantage to both dealer and customer. Dealer gets the money up front, customer gets a discount for cash, everybody wins. Now the dealer wants another $2,000+ to pay cash?! What am I missing here? This was a bad experience all 'round - very unpleasant and uncomfortable!
