Subaru dealerships near me (Woodbridge, ON, CA)

We had a positive experience from the start when we first viewed the car online and they were super helpful in sending the video of the car before hand and we were able to test drive the car 2 times. They were super helpful in answering our questions and booking meetings and all.

I had a really positive experience at Whitby Subaru and would highly recommend them.

Booked a test drive at 1pm. Had communicated with dealership and they knew I need to drive 1 and half hours to get there. Half way through driving in a snowy weather, then got the email from them, the car was sold at 9am that morning. I could have saved me battling the snowy weather driving up there, should they contact me as soon as they sold that car. Very bad communication, by luck I checked my email at the gas station to fill up gas enroute, otherwise I would only realised the car was sold when I reached the dealership. They could have called me instead. Very upsetting and frustrating.

Pleasant folks. A bit slow to respond to requests for information. Financing process is slow.
