Subaru dealerships near me (Squamish, BC, CA)

I called on Monday April 6th and that same day I received the quote from Open Road. I confirmed quote as acceptable, both verbally as well as in writing indicated intention to purchase, noting the next day that I had acquired the bank draft. Two days of silence followed as I had been told the sales associate was “awaiting a service department report on vehicle condition and safety inspection”….. which he would send me. The next day (April 9th) I received a “welcome and “providing exceptional service and experience is out top priority” email note from the Sales Manager. Two hours later I received an apologetic note from the Sales Associate saying that the vehicle had been sold the day before when the purchaser walked into the dealership….noting my likely disappointment and “hoping for my understanding”. The dealership General Manager was contacted and informed but nothing by way of explanation has been forthcoming.

I haven’t bought the car, but I communicated with Kevin who answered all my questions with all necessary details. I was really happy with our conversation and I plan to continue dealing with Docksteader Subaru in a future
