I found this truck online through CarGurus and once I messaged the add, Shannon got back to me within the hour. I mentioned I was very interested and Shannon made a video walkaround with the truck. We made the deal over the phone and it was delivered to me. I am very happy with the courteous, fast response and the truck is in excellent condition. The vehicle is on the lot for over 140 days, but got sold 20 minutes beforewe were there, even after we call ahead. Trying to sell us a different vehicle, we decline. After a week the same vehicle is available again. ?????
