The sales guy said the vehicle was on the lot, when I arrived it wasn’t even there, and I was only half a hr from asking if it’s there to when I arrived

Great dealer, great environment, great people was a easy purchase

it was okay, i asked before i went there bz its far for me, the dealer or seller said the car doesn't have any damage or accident before. but when I went and saw in person it's different story. so there was dishonesty which create alot of concerns for me to buy from that dealer.

Staff are very professionals.

I requested info for a specific vehicle, after hours on a weekend. They responded very quickly and sent my info on the Monday. They then followed up on my decision. All in all, it was a very pleasant interaction.

We took the BMW X1 for a test drive but did not buy it because of a severe accident listed on the Carfax. The salesperson was helpful, respectful, and understanding.

Poor communication very bad. Did the greasy car salesman lines as well. They didn't wash it because they wanted me to see it as it came to them. Lol the dirt was hiding all the sins in the paint job. They had a six hour notice I was driving up to see it and never bothered to charge the battery wash the car wipe and vacuum out the cabin. Lol my god that was bad!

The. Best choice was I went where the Chief Police international went he recommended that I'd go to this dealership. The best experience I ever had and great people. Friendly and made me feel welcomed. Thanks so much to Chief.. I'll be sure to tell all my friends to go to the is dealership witch I'll be back when I need another truck thanks guys from Steve T.
