Car was amazing, but I accepted a position out of province for an extended period and could not purchase knowing this would not be driven. Everything was excellent, but but the payment down to hold the vehicle was very wrong. They wanted a $5,000.00 CAD deposit to hold the vehicle for me for a week and half so I could get the money transferred to my account and pay in full, however if I chose not to go with the vehicle, the deposit to hold is non-refundable. Unfortunately I have seen dealerships like this pull this process too many times in the past, and I have walked away from those deals. Ultimately this added to my not purchasing this vehicle. However, the main person I dealt with (think his name Tony or Aaron) was up front the entire way, he was just new though and had no idea it seemed on the dealership's rule of the non-refundable rule. Other than that, no issues with the service, the location or the sales people.

Price wasnt transparent as I expressed I was paying in cash then they say you have to pay for the extra keys and etching. I should never have to pay for that on a used car to begin with. Then werent straight up I made a deal via text the previous night offered a deposit via call as its just as easy as a credit card payment. I was excited to get this vehicle on my way into the city I picked up a bank draft after trying to confirm multiple times to get the draft cheque name while telling I was witha teller over the phone, paid the 10$ to only have them finally say the vehicle was getting financed roughly an hr later and we no longer had a deal. Was not happy with overall experience the car salesman was super nice guy.
