Friendly and attentive

After it is showing sold I asked the dealer, he insisted that they have and we can visit. Next day when I visited they told me it’s not available. Dealer is very misleading

It seems that the vehicle they advertised was not available which is fine however it is still On their website stating “available now”even after a week or so. Appears to be just bait to contact them. Won’t deal with them moving forward

Very pleasant and genuine

I looked at a used BMW x1 that was originally from Quebec. The car was so fresh that the screens were all in French which was a bit odd. Having said that, the staff were friendly and helful.

I had a 10am appointment to view the car and when I was on my way I called to confirm the appointment and I was told that someone else made an offer and no one contacted me to tell me that the vehicle was no longer available

Responsive, timely, without being too over bearing (BIG turn off!)
