I contacted the dealership and dealt with Marc regarding a vehicle purchase from Ontario. After several days of waiting, I was finally sent photos revealing damage that was conveniently omitted from the original listing. When I asked for additional photos of critical out-of-province inspection areas (undercarriage rust, tire tread, etc.), communication immediately stopped. No response. No explanation. Yet the vehicle remains listed. This isn’t incompetence — it’s avoidance. The lack of transparency strongly suggests they’re hiding issues that would prevent the vehicle from passing an Ontario safety inspection. If you’re not local and can’t inspect the car yourself, expect to be misled or ignored. Plenty of dealerships operate honestly. This isn’t one of them.

Very pleasant to talk to on the phone. The car I was looking at was sold but they gave me another option, unfortunately I was not able to get there before it sold as well. I would be willing to drive the 2 1/2 hours to give them my business.
