I had a very satisfying experience with Tim, although I did not meet him.

The salesman was a novice and not very helpful. The sales manager was friendly over the phone, but after I drove 6 hours to get the car, it was not ready. Spoke with salesman, was told the manager would not see me for about an hour, I changed my mind about the purchase. THEN the manager came out and spoke with me in a very unprofessional and confrontational manner. I walked away and drove another 6 hours home. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, except maybe my worst enemy.

My experience with this dealership was excellent. My commutation proved to be very productive, all questions were answered. My point of contact was there to follow-up on any concerns in a timely manner. My purchase was a success. I am very pleased with my new vehicle. I would recommend my friends to this dealership. Didn't end up going to see this car, but I had a very helpful chat with salesperson.

Car was sold.

Dealt with salesperson through email and Finance by phone and by email. Financing was approved and I informed both salesperson and Finance manager that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Test drive could not be schedule until the following week since both people were taking time off. Test drive was scheduled for May 27, was advise by salesperson that the car had been sold over the weekend by another salesman. I wasted a week dealing with these people and I can understand why car salesman have such bad reputation. Never seen such unprofessionalism and my advice is “stay away” from that dealership!

They ghost me told me to get ahold of another department in ther business. When I replied they didnt even respond. I wouldnt deal with them something sneaky is going on there. Why wouldnt they respond properly like a caring business . Their business is to sell vehicles do their jobs. Very shady people working there. I wont be ever going there. I tell everyone about this poorly run company and how bad car gurus is
