Great experience at this dealership. Although I didn’t end up buying a vehicle , I would definitely recommend them. No pressure, good information about the vehicle. Felt very comfortable working with sales rep.

Honest / helpful

The car was advertised as certified. However the horn did not work. The sales staff and finance manager were practicing deception. The car was sold as solid in great shape and certified. Im not sure how it was certified without the horn working. One of the tires in the hatch area had no air and the tires in the hatch area were covering damage to the plastic rear wheel cover. Not sure how the car was certified in 18 minutes according to the MOT certificate. You would think these days the dealers would be up front with the customer. This was not the case, and there was a lot of deception being practiced. Not satisfied or happy with this dealer. I filed a complaint with OMVIC about this dealer completing a certification process that should not have passed.
