The service and treatment I got from Simon and Mark was really great from the start. They were very professional, honest, friendly, and completely transparent with all the information I requested--which was accurate--and answered all my questions. I ended up putting a deposit on a TLX after my TLX was stolen for the second time(!!), but I ran into major delays with the payout from my insurance company which lasted almost two months. The whole time, Simon and Mark were patient and understanding of my situation and kept in regular touch with me for updates and their encouragement--no hassle or pressure! Their customer service went way above and beyond, and for that, I am very grateful. In the end, they even delivered the car to my door! My experience with them was nothing short of excellent and I'm so glad I was able to do business with them. These guys are a really credit to the retail auto industry. Thanks again, Simon & Mark!
