There's no picture of the truck. And if I remember correctly, I got a response from the dealer that the truck is not in good shape. I appreciate their honesty.

Staff was excellent. Everything was clearly explained and they answered all of our questions and concerns.

I emailed for info and a couple of specific photos. Was answered and answered correcyly. Vehicle is still on my short list.

Out of town buyer. When negotiating was told I would receive a discount equal to the admin fee and new tires. Bill of sale was not presented while at the dealer. When trying to finalize the sale by email, the admin fee was added back in essentially providing no discount. Under OMVIC rules the admin fee needs to be included in the advertised price so essentially they wanted me to pay the advertised price while giving the appearance I received a discount. When asked about this I was told the new tires were my discount. They also added a 600 dollar tire protection package without any discussion. Once the deal started to unravel and I wanted my deposit back the finance guy was very unhelpful and just kept redirecting me to the salesman. If you use this dealer make sure you check your paperwork carefully and be aware any fees are to be included in the advertised price. They did return my deposit after I asked.

The experience was fine except that I still don't have may vehicle. It was promised for May 27 and then for May 29 and now, with any luck I'll get it on June 1.
