I booked an appointment to view and test drive this vehicle. I drove 2 hours one way for this appointment only to be told when I arrived that it could not be driven as it was not road worthy. In my opinion if it is not road worthy then why book an appointment to test drive it. The appointment was booked through the business development co-ordinator, who obviously did not co-ordinate with the car lot. I will never buy a car from any need a car anywhere after this very disappointing and honestly disgusting customer service experience.
