Dealerships near me (Orleans, ON, CA)

Dealership was nice and sales rep helpful. Only issue but seems to be the same everywhere is dealers are leaving already sold as available on websites to get you check in with them in hopes of selling something else. Will definitely go back for follow up.

I live in Gatineau, called the compagnie and said it was available therefore made an appointment for the same day at 10h30. Took an hour to get there, when we arrived the salesperson said that it was sold that morning (not the same person that I had talk too in the morning), I ask why didn’t they didn’t call me back? That it was not professional and I was mad, I do not recommend Carloft at all

Did not end up buying the car as the trade price was not quite enough for us to make the purchase but it wasn't he dealerships fault, our car just isn't worth that much. The dealership was very communicative and helpful

Used car manager Michael was great to deal with over messenger. He was very helpful answered all my questions, helped me find the used vehicle best fit my needs and helped me assigned a very helpful salesperson. Picking up my car next week! Highly recommend.

Nice place to buy a vehicle

Really appreciate that the dealer respected my choice to communicate by text and was very responsive to our interests

Found the car online Response was very quick Salesperson very helpful

I got a great price, the actual ad price on Car Gurus which listed it as great deal. Scott Miller (a real muscle car guy) was excellent and the rest of the people there. When I am in the ready for a used Nissan pick up I will get them to keep an eye out for me. The car was as advertised. They worked with me to work out different financing scenarios, but I opted for cash deal. It looks like I bought someones baby. Given the kms and what I found out from various sources including Car-fax that it was never winter driven and regularly serviced. I don't think anyone ever sat in the back seat to boot.

Our salesman David was fantastic. He was very helpful in helping us narrow down our options, took his time with us and we didn't feel pressured the way one often does at a dealership. We were looking for used and they didn't have exactly what we were looking for so we didn't buy but I wouldn't hesitate in referring someone to them.
