The salesperson I met was very nice and very helpful. However the appraisal process regarding my trade in was most unsatisfactory. The salesman advised me that the appraiser was not around at that time and so he took a few photos of the exterior, one of the odometer and maybe one other of the interior. No one spent any time looking at the interior of my vehicle - leather and in excellent condition or took the low mileage into account. The appraisal came in at nearly half of the other two dealerships that I had been to in the past two weeks. I was seriously considering buying that vehicle until the discussion of my trade in went badly. Today I was just notified that that vehicle was just reduced in price by $1000.

Sales man was excellent. Showed me other cars I might be interested in also. I remember him being very knowledgeable when I went to see him.

Most helpful staff - great experience with Jigar .

I spoke to 3 different people there and was about to get on the ferry to go buy the car . I asked for a last minute FaceTime and guess what ? The car is an automatic even though it’s listed as a Manuel and 4 staff confirmed it was ! It’s still listed as such on Car Gurus even though I got pretty upset about it . I had the financing all done and everything!

Helpful, patient and professional experience

Salespeople seemed pleasant enough but we felt a lack of professionalism as one agreed to one price and deposit while the other was pushing for full 50% deposit when we came to look at the vehicle and full payment in a couple of days. One salesperson kept reminding us that we really shouldn’t have been offered a deal. We felt pressured to make an immediate decision even though repairs on the vehicle were not completed. We requested a call should the other offer fall through which it had in a couple of days however no call was received.
