When I first arrived at the dealer I felt lost. Not sure where to go. So many amazing cars. I was then helped by sales associate Hérvé. He was welcoming, calm, friendly and attentative to my limits and requirements. Hérvé explained options, packages and procedures. He showed me the car. He did a great job selling the improvements to my 2016. He then worked hard to find a way to offer a protection and a warranty and still respect my budget limit. He took the time to check my trade in. He went to his manager to get more help and make sure he explained everything correctly. They both worked together to make the deal possible. I honestly don't believe I would have purchased the car if not for their tireless help. They were both patient and resourceful. A very sincere thank you to both of them. Yvon
