Very knowledgeable salesman who didn't pressure me. The finance department was also excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate my unique circumstances and were very personable.

Nice car, but didn't come with required tires. Used cars are unpredictable in what is being offered.

I have never seen a car salesperson so reluctant to communicate and their approach, that I am suspicious if it's a legit dealership, or car selling is just their public facing job, but they are doing something shady underneath. The "dealership" is a shipping container like box, not even a real building. I booked a meeting on a snowy day, drove 40 minutes, and when reached, I was told they don't let someone test drive it. So they expect people to buy a car like a grocery store, you go in, pay thousands of dollars, and just buy the car. The car battery was dead, so I could not even test if the car turns on or not, let alone drive it. The guy did not even bother to text or email about any of these. And on top of that, has the audacity to say there are people who just come in and buy cars like a grocery item. I took a break from work to check out several dealerships, and because of this, all the other appointments had to be canceled. I wasted my time, so please don't waste yours.

Not to helpful, some what disappointing , sales team of which there were probably three or four did not interact or talk to us. We have since bought our new Subaru else where, after over twenty five years with Ogilvie , thing changed when they were taken over by Alpha group in Toronto
