We were unable to proceed due to the dealership being situated on the Island. I would have had to take an unpaid day off work and pay for the ferry (approximately $200) with no way of knowing if acceptable terms could be reached. The dealer suggested that I come in the morning and that I could potentially purchase the vehicle the same day. I felt this would put too much pressure on me to possibly accept whatever deal was offered, just so I could leave with the vehicle. It’s unfortunate that it worked out this way; I still want the vehicle but can’t justify being rushed into something that may not be in my best interests.

Carter was quick, responsive and to the point. No 'hail fellow, well met' nonsense. Just did the work and did it properly. Refreshing. I gave only four stars 'cause I did not pursue the vehicle ENOUGH to go further with the dealership.
