Great service, just not my car

I've been looking for a local dealer in Montreal, as many of the used car lots are off island and I had no transportation. I inquired about a Civic online that was listed in Dorval and Chris called me back the next morning. I wanted to do an inspection before purchasing, and Chris drove the car to my mechanic's garage. Once the car passed, we made the arrangement and I picked up the car a few days later. It's a medium sized operation, allowing the staff to give a more personalized one-on-one service. Will recommend to anybody looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

Multiple phone calls, multiple attempts to get to sales person. Literally, I followed up and every time they promised someone will call you. And till today, no one reached out. I still haven't got chance to discuss the vehicle with anyone. It felt like they don't want to sell or they are not interested in talking to someone who is outside Quebec. Horrible experience. No dealerships miss the opportunity to talk to customer especially customer who is calling again and again to speak with someone.
