The Lexus was not detailed. it had surface scratches which appeared to be from sideswipe issues or something rubbing up against the vehicle, but not easily detectable because the car was not cleaned. There was a dent in the drivers side door and the inside had not been cleaned. it was a poor presentation of the vehicle. Definitely not worth the asking price. The dealership did not review my car for trade in value but instead took the same offer I had received from their affiliate dealership for trade in value. So was not impressed with the lack of due diligence in this area.

Mia was a fabulous person to work with. The ONLY reason I didn’t buy the vehicle from her, was that I wanted a hybrid.
