I am extremely disappointed with the management and sales process here. I booked an appointment a week in advance to test drive and purchase a vehicle. After the drive, I sat at the desk for a normal amount of time discussing my preferences and payment. The moment I agreed to buy the car, they told me it had been sold to someone else "two seconds ago" in the same building.Management could have easily stepped in to prioritize the customer already at the desk, but they chose not to. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I would not recommend this dealership if you value transparency and fair service.

The staff was extremely poor in maintaining transparency and fair practice in pricing. Additionally the FM manager Brittany was rude during conversation on finance terms and ended up doing a hard check with out any positive efforts where are I was approved at a similar location for a better offer. Lastly, I was taken for a ride trying to collect my deposit - i was told by the Sales person Amy on email that I can drop by anytime to collect the deposit noon and no other options was provided. So on a weekday I left office early from Blair to hear after close to 35mins traffic that the respective finance person left early for lunch and i would have to wait for atleast an hour if I wanted it the same day. Else was offered to leave my number so that the finance person can confirm my details and mail the cheque to receive it week later which is next week I would get it hopefully.
