Dealerships near me (Maple, ON, CA)

Wow - we arrived to look at a vehicle. The vehicle needed to be Jumpstart - it may have been there for a while? Or just an old battery? When we got in, I reached for the radio to test it and music came on but there the screen didn't light up. I then tried to tune the radio and the know fell right off. There was visible glue just underneath. We exited the vehicle and we're ready to leave. My wife commented an employee and the guy said "we can glue it back on".......?????

My first email was ignored. I sent a second asking if the car was manual or auto, as the description said manual, but pics showed auto. Got emails from 3 different people with videos "i'd enjoy", asking to talk on the phone, BUT not answering my question. So, I had to send another. 3 emails to find out more info. Also, what is with $800 to certify?
