Horrible Lied too on first call. I asked directly if there was anything that needed to be addressed to pass saftey. Alex told me no. He lied. A mechanic reviewed the video and pointed out the check engine light. Then ghosted and never got the call back they said they were going to do. I'll never deal with this place and I'll tell everyone to avoid.

Initially enquired about the car. It was sold. Was texted a week later to ask if I was still interested as the financing fell through. Responded yes immediately with some questions, then no response.

Left standing around for an hour waiting for a salesperson to get the car to test drive and they could not get it started. Finally Informed it wouldnt start and asked to return next day. Returned next day and still had to wait 20 minutes for them to start car for test drive. No acknowledgement of poor customer service and could not meet the terms i was looking for

Communication was poor - multiple days without follow up. Trade value was significantly lower than other dealers. I explicitly showed them what others were offering me, they continued to come back VERY LOW and then continued to follow up with low value spammy messages like, "Please tell me what I can do to earn your business." Well, I already told you...bump the trade.
