Overall the experience was good, but ran into a snag with maiden name/married name and inconsistencies between the license and bank account. The dealership should have encountered this situation before us and alerted us about this before the sale date. It took about 2 hours at the dealership, including a trip to a local bank, to close the deal on the purchase date.

The customer is poor: one person uses AI to reply and the other is inconsistent with her answers and delays in replying. Both representative were inconsistent, made me repeat my initial written email to the dealer so I realize they did not communicate internally. When asking information on status of some car hardware, it could them 4 days to answer that they still don't have the answer, so I told them all of this did not build a good business relationship based on trust. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Danielle Gauthier our salesman professional likesble personality willing to do anything for customer. Danielle, personally assisted my fiance and her son find his first car he also paid very close attention to our safety and detail repair car concerns before the din buying his first car. I Can see my fiance buying or trading in her car in the future our experience at other Olivier dealership was not as satisfying or fully transparent gust my fiance money to get other outside inspection we bought the car at Kia from Danielle.

HORRENDOUS experience. I showed up and the car wasn’t available as promised by a scheduling an appointment. They said ok sorry we aren’t the one doing the booking. They couldn’t care less that I took time off to come see the car and even said you don’t live far so comeback when it’s here. I said I would pay cash. Employee said that’s doesn’t do us any good, we don’t care about that and you won’t get deal for that. We make our money on lease and exchange. Didn’t know condition of the car. Even after I wrote a legitimate and respectful comment they gave me attitude. RUDE form A to Z and definitely couldn’t care less about customers

Didn’t seem interested in selling me the car. The contact was slow to get back to me and seemed unorganized.

Very nice presentation, but the price was too high, and they gave me a low offer for my trade-in.
