The customer is poor: one person uses AI to reply and the other is inconsistent with her answers and delays in replying. Both representative were inconsistent, made me repeat my initial written email to the dealer so I realize they did not communicate internally. When asking information on status of some car hardware, it could them 4 days to answer that they still don't have the answer, so I told them all of this did not build a good business relationship based on trust. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Danielle, personally assisted my fiance and her son find his first car he also paid very close attention to our safety and detail repair car concerns before the din buying his first car. I Can see my fiance buying or trading in her car in the future our experience at other Olivier dealership was not as satisfying or fully transparent gust my fiance money to get other outside inspection we bought the car at Kia from Danielle.
