They did not state in their ad that the car needed an engine and was not driveable. Would prefer they listed a major defect like that initially instead of wasting customers time inquiring about a car that needed a large repair.

Contacted by Sales Rep, but decided to not purchase a Hybrid at this time.

I inquired online and they got back to me in 15 minutes on a Saturday night. I unfortunately wasn’t quite ready to buy yet but when I’m ready, I will let the same salesman know and I’m sure they will be efficient and accommodating.

The salesman was pleasant and helpful though we ended up going in a different direction. I would recommend your dealership if asked.

Denisa a sales person reached out to us. We followed up with her did a test drive and purchased a brand new 2024 Eclipse Cross which had 58kms on it when we drove it home. During the sales process we had a couple of hiccups and the dealership handled our concerns well.
