I got the CarFAx report, which was incomplete. When asked for more information, they used AI generated SMS to stall and afterwards they said they sold the car. Unimpressive.

If I could I would give 0 star's Recieved multiple emails from them... i told them I would be there on that Saturday recieved a email that morning informing me when I get there to ask the person at the reception desk to show me the car and GUESS WHAT... the car was no longer available....... that's when I found out that all the emails I was receiving was from a AI generated robot.. That's what the sales person told me... I asked to speak to the manager of the dealership he interduced himself to me as,"NATHAN" I asked him what kind of scam were they running .. I told him I Recieved a email that very morning... He asked me to leave the dealership... just for asking that question... This person should not be running a dealership very unprofessional. I asked him for his last name that's when he turned around and walked away.. I WILL NEVER NEVER ENTER THAT DEALSHIP AGAIN... FALSE Advertising... JUST TO GET YOU THERE... I WAS VERY Unhappy with Kia...

Didn’t seem interested in selling me the car. The contact was slow to get back to me and seemed unorganized.
