Left standing around for an hour waiting for a salesperson to get the car to test drive and they could not get it started. Finally Informed it wouldnt start and asked to return next day. Returned next day and still had to wait 20 minutes for them to start car for test drive. No acknowledgement of poor customer service and could not meet the terms i was looking for

I found that Bank Street Mitsubishi was better than I expected. Oo and Greg were very helpful. The car that we went to inquire about we bought it and we're very pleased. Everything I asked for was done and it looks just fantastic. Hats off to the two of them.

I have never seen a car dealership and sales rep so unresponsive, reluctant, and subtly rude as these people. The sales rep, Georges, barely replies to emails, and when he does, replies only partially, as if he replies whenever he feels like. I understand car sales reps sometimes appear pushy, continous follow-ups, and ultra-polite that we all know is fake, but having the opposite approach is also not helpful. It doesn't appear they are even willing to try 1% to sell a car. The manages is equally rude, almost gives a look that price negotiation is something only dumb buyers do. No wonder that I inquired about has been sitting on the market for nearly 6 months, to this day. Strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership and particularly the Georges guy.

A very honest and quick to respond to my inquiry car was found as described.car was found clean with a reasonable listing price. I will recommend this dealer to my friends.

I spent some time looking through CarGurus and came across a few vehicles that caught my attention. I send a email to DuPont Ford that evening. Andrée Caron Immediately reached out to me, answered my questions,,, provided all the information I needed by email, phone call and text. Although we did successfully reach a deal,,, she still provided me with all her attention even though I was from out of province I never felt like I was. If you are looking for the old fashion customer service that seems to have vanished. Well be prepare to be surprised. It’s alive and well at DuPont.
