It was pulling teeth to get any basic information in writing. There are no back seats—they wanted to just “put some in” and expected me to just say ok without any details or documents. Dents were “coin” sized where actually the size of softballs. They were offended I offered a lower price after wasting countless time telling them to put the details in writing and not to call. Their document fees are also high—that offended them to. I’ve actually never been so frustrated in my life—this is not my first car and I expected more off the bat even if the vehicle wasn’t right in the end.

Excellent service, too bad the car I wanted was out of my price range. But I would definitely buy from this place if something else comes up even though it is 2h drive from where I live.

I asked for the maintenance history and more pictures. They never even answered my questions. Very poor.

Told them I was on night shift - they called mid day anyway woke me up. The vehicle sold. I told them that I would contact them again in future if interested. They haven't stopped calling me at least twice a day. I have blocked them and reported them. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVEM IF MY DREAM VEHICLE IS AVAILABLE! GOOD NIGHT
