Daniel and Sam have been nothing but pleasant and helpful throughout my buying process. I was given plenty of time to do test drives before choosing a car to purchase. Picking up my car in a few days and I’m hopeful it will be a good ride. Their used cars are in clean, good condition at time of test drive which I find helpful when selecting a car. Highly recommend.

Booked a test drive at 1pm. Had communicated with dealership and they knew I need to drive 1 and half hours to get there. Half way through driving in a snowy weather, then got the email from them, the car was sold at 9am that morning. I could have saved me battling the snowy weather driving up there, should they contact me as soon as they sold that car. Very bad communication, by luck I checked my email at the gas station to fill up gas enroute, otherwise I would only realised the car was sold when I reached the dealership. They could have called me instead. Very upsetting and frustrating.
