I can only review our experience with the salesperson we saw. He did not make us feel like a valued customer. He did not meet us outside after the test drive. No effort was made to sell a vehicle.

The dealer was to far away.from me but he made several ways he could make the transaction easy for me but I'm in remission from Cancer & it was to much for me to go through this but the salesman was Excellent !! Thanks

I greatly appreciated the professional service I experienced at Hyundai Gabriel Ouest. Within a few minutes of my online inquiry about a car, Albert responded and invited me to visit the showroom. When I arrived at the dealership a short while later, James was waiting to offer me a test drive. He had the car report ready and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. There was no hyped-up salesmanship, just honest, friendly, professional service. When I returned to purchase the car, the process was as pleasantly efficient! Albert had all the docs ready and the car was pristine. This was the sixth dealership I dealt with in my search and by far the best experience! James and Albert are a great team! Professional, efficient, friendly and service oriented. I wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car.

They refused to confirm factually what was in their inventory, instead requesting a phone call. As a non-verbal person with autism, I find this tactic unnaceptable
