He was a new salesperson, but he did great with customer service.

Dealership failed to mention the car was an ‘as is’ sale. I understand they don’t have to advertise however what a complete waste of time. When we arrived the salesperson told us that the transmission needed work as the shifting was hard. Went for a test drive anyways. I put the car in drive and it would move. Had to push on the gas just to get the car driving. Dash warning message came on that said 'check transmission' and the engine light was also on. Previous owner was a smoker and the car smelled gross with 2nd hand smoke. Definitely a learning experience. Will never go back to this dealership again.
