Asked about a car that they just had received and the dealership had sent me an entire video with close ups Absolutely great dealership going above and beyond

I saw the ad on CarGurus so I contacted the dealer through email. When I didn't hear back, I called the dealership and spoke to a salesperson who said the used car sales manager was off that day and that he would pass along my contact info so that I could be contacted upon his return the following day. By noon the next day, I decided to call since I hadn't heard back. i spoke to the used car sales manager who was pleasant and helpful. He said the vehicle was in the shop getting inspected and he would share the full details with me later that afternoon or the next day. i let him know I was located an hour and half away and was happy to put a deposit down on the vehicle as I was seriously interested. He said that would be great and they could hold the vehicle for a day, but not more, to give me time to travel down. The very next morning, I get a text saying the vehicle had sold. very disappointed and misleading communications. I will not do business with these folks.

Walter was exceptional during the whole buying process. He made us feel very comfortable with his pleasant demeanor. Will recommend Burlington Hyundai to anyone looking for an auto.

Staff very friendly no pressure to buy our salesman was in my opinion honest and explained everything about the workings of the car.

Asked for a trade in value as I was interested in a vehicle they had. Dilip Jain (DJ) never came back on the trade in value and the vehicle was sold in the meantime.

Still inquiring regarding the Toyota have not completed the deal, but the sales person is quite exceptional
