Would not provide the fees for the deal would only provide if agreeable to buy. We wanted to know all the fees before making any decision. They lost our business

I've dealt with them before, it was a great experience...back then. Salesman moved on to bigger things so I ended up with what, I believe, was a newby. He immediately increased the price of the vehicle by $5,000.00 over the CarGurus listed price. The vehicle, a Ridgeline EX- L, has been discontinued for 2024, which is why I was looking at it. He behaved like he was doing me a favour. After a couple of "back and forths", I told him I was also talking to 4 other dealerships. He asked for my best price, I gave it to him, he countered $3,000.00 higher and added a tonneau cover that I already told him I didn't want. I ended up getting a 2024 Ridgeline TrailSport (an upgrade to the EX-L and a model year newer than the 2023. AND, I got it from another dealer for $5.06 (Five Dollars and 6 Cents) more than the best price I offered on the 2023 EX-L from Toronto Honda!
