Honda dealerships near me (Montréal-est, QC, CA)

Perfect perfect

Excellent service!

Did not provide Carfax report I was promised. Did not receive "next day" follow-up call from sales staff I was promised. Still no call.

I was given an appointment on Sunday (online); I showed up on time on Monday morning. The dealership is 44 km from my place, so it's not around the corner. I met with a salesperson; she immediately realized the car was not available. With hesitation, she told me it was sold that morning. The ad remains on the website. Why is that??? I was lied to, and I wasted my time. Don't ever go there; if they lie about what's in stock, I'd hate to see what's under the hood of their cars.

Great service, just not my car

They never called !

I very much wanted this vehicle but I live in Moncton N.B. and the cost to have it shipped to Moncton put the overall cost out of reach for me. I still would like to buy this car but can't figure out a way to get it to Moncton at an affordable cost. One thing I was disappointed was the Ad for this car was not Bi-lingual. I am only English speaking and could not read the features and equipment on the car. Had to guess from the pictures.

We were looking for a Honda CR-V and dealt with their salesperson, Yoan Brou, who was an absolute gentleman from start to finish. My husband and a friend went for a test drive, but the car wasn't very clean and had some rust underneath. The dealership mentioned it was just surface rust, but we ultimately decided against buying because the location is far from us, and dealing with an out-of-province dealership requires too much extra paperwork. They also emphasized getting an extended warranty, and I wasn't entirely sure if it was optional. However, we were greatly impressed by their responsiveness and behavior. I would recommend their service, but I also suggest checking everything thoroughly and asking all your questions before making a final decision.

Had a great experience
