Perez, the sales associate was very prompt and courteous. Car was clean and ready to drive. Details of previous service work was presented upon request. Price on Cargurus was “finance” price ($2000 more) not cash price. This was not indicated prior to test drive. Buyer beware - check dealership website before.

Dealer response was prompt. I arranged a test drive for the 2022. Car was clean and ready when we arrived for our appt. I ended up buying another HRV that was being brought in from a 2 year lease. It is a 2023 HRV. Experience at the dealership during the purchase process was positive.
