They asked if I was financing told them cash and financing and never heard back

Tried to sell me a car that needed $5000.00 work to safety.

I made an appointment to see the truck, was told in was in stock. I drove 34 min to dealer. I then had to wait 20 mins beyond my appointment time before I saw a Sales person. Who then promptly told me the vehicle was sold.Not happy! Several days go by and the sales manager(Sam) reach out to ask about my experience. I explained the about. Promising to get to the bottom of my waste of time, he said he would send me a link of a similar vehicle he had in stock. It was the same one. After receiving to link I told him this was the same truck I came to see. This same link was sent to me 2 more times by Sam and twice from sales people.

Salesman was distracted dealing with multiple clients at once. Salesman immediately asked how I was paying and writing up the 'sale' before discussing the price then tried to up sell a warranty/winter tires package.

I had a great experience working with the Backseat Autos team. From start to finish, they handled my file professionally and made the entire financing process smooth, clear, and stress-free. They were responsive, transparent, and took the time to explain everything properly, which I really appreciated.
