Ford dealerships near me (Richmond Hill, ON, CA)

Wrote a GOOGLE review as well. Omar is a newly minted sales rep there but he carries himself like a seasoned professional. Made this my best experience buying a car and I've been doing that since 1989. Very little needs to be done to certify the car and allowed my mechanic to examine the car prior to purchase. Pine Ford is a great place to purchase a vehicle!!!

I made an appointment to see a car I was interested in, and the morning of the appointment when I was nearly at the dealership the sales person, Ethan called me to tell me the car was sold the day before. As I live in Innisfil, it would’ve been nice to have anyone from the dealership give me a call to let me know so my time and gas wouldn’t have been wasted.

The dealership reached out to me. I advised that was not ready to yet to purchase. They were most gracious and certainly were prepared to answer any questions I had.

Very responsive, followed up on the car I was looking at , when I decided not to purchase they contacted me a couple weeks later with another SUV that arrived that I may have been interested in

The employee that I tried to communicate with was not helpful whatsoever . I even mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the Kaci of help he was giving and he still chose to do nothing that I asked. Brutal service. Coulda made a sale but left me hanging instead.
