Experience was awful. Great communication initially with a representative although turned out to be their AI assistant with the actual humans having little awareness of the appointment, scheduled test drive and appraisal of my old car. This included the fact that the car wasn’t even there given one of the managers was using it and not at the dealer when my appointment was scheduled. First and last time dealing with them.

Feroz was courteous and professional. We appreciated his approachable and helpful manner when showing us the vehicle. He communicated in a timely manner and was very responsive.
