Ford dealerships near me (Coquitlam, BC, CA)

We are early in the process, yet have found the dealerships to be responsive, professional and prompt with details given. The amount of reviews sent, and extra unsolicited information is too much. Also, a survey was far too invasive (asking race, age, etc.,), and I decided not to complete due to this reason. Yet, having said that everything else about my experience (each sales person etc.,) has been extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend CarGurus as I can compare cars quickly

I had an excellent experience with West Coast Ford Lincoln. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The team was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and stress-free. very poor experience. was told to come down to the dealer to view the vehicle. came down, could not find the vehicle, then they located it, then it was unavailable to view then sat around (with my little kid the whole time) and they eventually indicated it was unavailable to see. Contacted them the next morning, more excuses then the following day they told me it was sold. Very unprofessional, completely wasted my time. Would not recommend do business here.

Took a week before I heard back from anyone first contact, no response to second one. Finally called, front desk transferred me to wrong associer then took another week after that for the sales lady to call me; multiple calls and emails later ended up having to purchase elsewhere due to time constraints and such terrible communication
